NUNUKAN- Pelaksanaan program Bahan Bakar Minyak ( BBM) satu harga terus dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah melalui Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) bersama dengan PT Pertamina (Persero), Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas (BPH Migas).
Pada tahun 2018 ini, program BBM satu harga pertama kali dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Nunukan, Kecamatan Seimenggaris, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara atau wilayah perabatan Indonesia dan Malaysia.
Kepala BPH Migas Fanshurullah Asa mengatakan, program BBM satu harga merupakan komitmen pemerintah guna mendorong peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat terutama di wilayah-wilayah terpencil atau daerah tertinggal, terdepan dan terluar (3T).
"Ini pertama kali diresmikan pada tahun 2018 untuk BBM satu harga, ini wujud komitmen pemerintah untuk keadilan energi," ujar Kepala BPH Migas di Stasiun Pengisian Bahan Bakar Umum (SPBU) Kompak 66.774.003, Kabupaten Nunukan, Kecamatan Seimenggaris, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara, Jumat (9/3/2018).
Fanshurullah mengungkapkan, hingga saat ini pemerintah telah meresmikan dan mengoperasikan 59 titik lokasi BBM satu harga di seluruh Indonesia.
Menurutnya, keadilan energi dan harga BBM yang terjangkau sangat vital bagi perekonomian masyarakat terlebih di wilayah-wilayah terpencil atau perbatasan.
"Ini masalah keadilan dan akan menggerakkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di sini, harga jual Rp 6.450 per liter untuk Premium dan Rp 5.150 per liter untuk Solar, dan Pertalite Rp 7.800 per liter," ungkapnya.
Sebelum tersedianya SPBU di perbatasan Indonesia dan Malaysia tersebut, masyarakat harus membeli BBM di wilayah Tarakan dengan harga yang cukup tinggi karena termasuk ongkos kapal ke Tarakan.
Adapun, pada 2018 ini terdapat dua Lembaga Penyalur milik PT Pertamina (Persero) yang baru diresmikan pertama, SPBU di Seimenggaris Provinsi Kalimantan Utara dengan kapasitas 90 Kilo Liter (KL) untuk tiga jenis BBM yakni Premium, Pertalite, dan Solar.
Kedua, SPBU di Kabupaten Luwuk Banggai Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dengan kapasitas 40 kilo liter untuk jenis BBM Premium dan Solar
